Williamson County released updated health scores from routine and follow-up inspections for food service, child care, hotels and swimming pools inspected between Feb.
4 and Feb. 20. Many Franklin-area sites, including Wild Ginger Bar and Generations Learning Center, received scores on Feb. 19.
County health inspectors recorded the lowest food safety scores in Williamson County from Feb.
4-20, 2026, with reports showing that local spots such as HEI Schools Franklin Food and Casa Jose Mexican Restaurant received low marks during routine inspections.
