ACCIDENTS NEWS

  • Early this morning, deputies attempted to stop a vehicle speeding on Interstate 65 that fled and crashed into an electrical pole near South Margin Street in Franklin—resulting in a passenger’s death and injuring the driver while the Tennessee Highway Patrol investigates.  Williamson County Source

EDUCATION NEWS

  • The Teen Wealth Workshop will take place on June 19–20 at 7 Figure Flipping Headquarters in Spring Hill where local resident Bill Allen will host sessions on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and real estate investing for youth ages 11–17. Participants will also enjoy a red-carpet preview of his new TV series Kids Who Flip.  Williamson County Source

HEALTH NEWS

  • Mothers’ Milk Bank of Tennessee opened its first milk depot in Brentwood on May 13 at Brentwood Children’s Clinic at 95 Seaboard Lane—marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony and the first donation from Sarah of Spring Hill. The depot now screens and pasteurizes donor milk for local hospitals to help medically fragile infants.  Williamson County Source
  • Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee was awarded 2025 Innovator of the Year by the American Alliance of Orthopaedic Executives at their annual conference in Atlanta. The group earned the honor by using new technology + improved training to boost patient care and streamline operations at its six clinics.  Williamson County Source
