CULTURE NEWS

  • Today, Big Machine Records announced it signed 24-year-old singer/songwriter Cole Goodwin, known for his strong, textured voice and a return to an old-school country sound. Label chairman Scott Borchetta said the addition — which joins a roster including Tim McGraw, Carly Pearce, and Midland — strengthens the label's focus on pure country music.  Williamson County Source
