  • Bluegrass Along the Harpeth will take place on Friday, July 25+ Saturday, July 26 in Historic Downtown Franklin. The free festival will feature bluegrass music contests, live performances, and vendors celebrating local music heritage.  Williamson County Source

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • The Franklin Police Department is asking local residents to vote in a statewide contest for Tennessee’s Best Looking Cruiser — the vote is open now and ends on Friday, June 20 at 4 p.m. — and urges community members to share the opportunity.  Williamson County Source

HEALTH NEWS

  • The Williamson Health Foundation is hosting the 30th Annual Williamson Health Champions Golf Classic on August 18 at the Nashville Golf and Athletic Club in Brentwood, with a 1 p.m. shotgun start and an After-Party beginning at 5:30 p.m.—the event will raise funds for a free athletic training program for Williamson County student-athletes.  Williamson County Source
