- ➤ Home goods retailer At Home filed for bankruptcy, citing slower consumer spending and tariffs while planning to eliminate nearly all of its $2 billion in debt and reserve $200 million for operations. The company will close 26 stores in several states + no closures have been planned for its three Franklin area locations. Williamson County Source

- ➤ International pop star Ava Max announced her North American headline tour this fall — her 16-date run starts in Los Angeles on September 3 and includes a Franklin show at FirstBank Amphitheater on September 18. Tickets will go on presale beginning Tuesday, June 17 — general sale begins on June 20 at 10 a.m. Williamson County Source
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Dr. Clarissa Haymon, the principal from Sunset Middle School, was named the new principal of Centennial High. She will replace Dr. Kevin Dyson and begin her work on July 1 — a leadership change set to guide the school forward. Williamson County Source
- ➤ More than a dozen Fairview High graduates earned either a technical certificate or an associate degree from Columbia State Community College when they finished high school. Five students earned an Associate Degree in Engineering Systems Technology, three earned a technical certificate in that field, and five earned EMT certificates as the school completed the second year of its dual enrollment program — a sign of expanding career training options.
