Franklin Parks and Rec will host Summer Kids Day on Wednesday, July 22, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Pinkerton Park (405 Murfreesboro Road) with free outdoor activities for children of all ages.

This week, Paul Simon will perform on Wednesday, July 15 at 8 p.m. at FirstBank Amphitheater in Franklin, with other live shows featuring The Infamous Stringdusters + Kaleo + Lee Roy Parnell + Grand Ole Opry + Tomahawk at venues in Nashville.
