  • The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office announced that Capt. Chris Mobley graduated from Northwestern University’s Center for Public Safety School of Police Staff and Command program in Nashville between May 27 and Aug. 8. Sheriff Jeff Hughes said the achievement strengthens the office’s commitment to developing law enforcement leaders — a milestone benefiting the agency and the community.  Williamson Herald

  • This week’s eat and drink news shows Williamson County restaurants faced mixed health inspection scores and introduced fall menus and promotions—while in Franklin, Dog Haus Biergarten will open a 2,500-square-foot location at Canteen on Carothers with indoor-outdoor dining, fire pits, and a Nashville hot chicken menu.
