Olympic gold medalist Shawn Johnson East and her husband Andrew East are set to open KidStrong Franklin in November at 420 Cool Springs Blvd (Suite 110); the center will offer coach-led classes that build kids' confidence, resilience and skill through movement and problem-solving activities.
🎭 Culture
The new Photo of Day series showcases Williamson County’s local sights including the ACM Lifting Lives auction at The Pinnacle on Aug.
19 (a display of community creativity) and invites residents to submit their own photos with a brief description.
Franklin Main Library (314 Columbia Ave.) turned pink today to honor Dolly Parton and her literacy work through the Imagination Library program.
A Dolly themed Movie in the Park event will begin at 7 p.m. at Bicentennial Park on Sept. 25.

Williamson Health Medical Group in Franklin announced that Dr. Michael Swiercz has joined its family medicine team to work with retiring Dr. Arthur Williams ahead of his Nov.
20 retirement. A Middle Tennessee resident, Swiercz is board-certified and ready to build lasting patient relationships.
