- ➤ The Franklin Police Department announced the promotion of five officers – Captain Clayton Cates, Lieutenant Bobby Dilworth, Sergeant Wes Brooks, Detective Mike Oliver, and Master Patrol Officer Ryan Langhi – for their strong leadership and community commitment.
