  • The 21st District Recovery Court Board of Directors is hosting its 15th Annual Community Luncheon on October 28 at 11:30 a.m. at Williamson County Enrichment Center in Franklin to support an alternative sentencing program that guides nonviolent offenders with addiction issues—Tennessean columnist Brad Schmitt will emcee the event and honor past leaders.  Williamson County Source
