ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ A Franklin firefighter hurt his leg when he fell through a balcony during a three-story apartment fire at IMT Cool Springs on Tuesday afternoon — he broke his fibula, left the hospital Tuesday night, and is expected to get well and return to work. Williamson Herald
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Williamson County establishments including restaurants, schools and pools received perfect health scores of 100 after inspections from October 8 to 15—each required to post their reports for public review. Williamson County Source
- ➤ On October 9, Cafe India in Franklin received a health inspection score of 62 from the Tennessee Department of Health after inspectors found 15 violations that led to 10 lbs of embargoed food. It is the second time this year the restaurant has scored in the 60s (earlier inspections recorded scores of 63 and 62). Williamson County Source
