- ➤ Rippa Villa, owned by Spring Hill and managed by The Battle of Franklin Trust, received a $100,000 grant from the Tennessee State Museum for capital improvements— the funding will stabilize its stone pier foundation, chimney and interior with work to be completed by June 30, 2026.
