- ➤ Residents participated in the annual Turkey Trot at Blakeford Senior Life today — running an obstacle course with therapy exercises like tossing a turkey in the pot, tenderizing it, and pinning a feather on it — and earned racing bibs, sweatbands, and medals. Williamson County Source
- ➤ Moon Valley Nurseries in Franklin opened its Christmas tree lot on Black Friday and today at 9:00 a.m. will give free trees to the first 50 local heroes — first responders, teachers, healthcare workers, veterans and active-duty military — who show valid ID. Customers who purchase a tree during the first week will get a $10 discount and $50 in nursery cash redeemable after January 1, with only the $50 offer continuing later. Williamson County Source

- ➤ The Tennessee County Clerk in Williamson County issued new business licenses from November 21 to 28 and several Franklin businesses such as Chipotle Mexican Grill and J Man The Handyman were approved — additional licenses were issued in Thompsons Station and Fairview. Williamson County Source

- ➤ The Titans have signed cornerback Kaiir Elam and waived cornerback Samuel Womack III—Elam played 460 snaps with the Cowboys this season and will join the team as they prepare to face the Jaguars on Sunday at Nissan Stadium. Williamson County Source
