About this event

Celebrate the flavors of fall with a cozy, elevated evening inspired by the warmth of an autumn table. In this hands-on class, you’ll explore seasonal ingredients, classic techniques, and comforting flavors while creating a restaurant-worthy meal perfect for a crisp November night. Gather around the table and enjoy an evening of cooking, great company, and all the best flavors of the season. You’ll be making and enjoying:

Whipped Goat Cheese & Pear Crostini (Creamy goat cheese topped with sliced pear, honey, and toasted pecans.)

Apple Cider Glazed Pork Tenderloin (Pan-seared pork tenderloin finished with a savory apple cider, Dijon, and sage pan sauce.)

Brown Butter Sweet Potato Gnocchi (Tender sweet potato gnocchi tossed with nutty brown butter, sage, and Parmesan.)

Cranberry Orange Panna Cotta (Silky vanilla panna cotta topped with a tart cranberry-orange compote.)

Gratuity not included

Our expert instructor will guide you through cooking and presentation of these delicious meals.

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and enhance your meals in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.

Our doors will open 30 minutes prior to class, allowing you time to be social, unwind and enjoy any beer or wine that you wish to bring. We supply aprons, bottle openers, glasses, ice, water and lemonade, as well as a snack to enjoy upon arrival. Wear something comfortable and bring your stretchy pants as we ensure you will be leaving our table full! We'll see you in the Kitchen.

Note: Menu changes cannot be made at the time of class. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please notify us by phone 48 hours in advance.
