Maurtini Hour is Maura Streppa’s monthly residency at The 1865 Club, built as an elevated happy hour for anyone who wants great music and to still be in bed by 8. Each show mixes 1950s glamour, humor, a few aliens, and a dirty martini program. It runs 5:00–6:30 pm on the first Thursday of every month.

Maura is a Nashville singer-songwriter whose sound blends modern country, Americana, blues, and southern rock. Her EP the skinnier tapes features “Bloodstream,” winner of the American Songwriter / Wide Open Country Song Contest. She’s now working on new music with Sadler Vaden.

For the November 5th debut, Maura is joined by special guest Kenny Sharp and a full band: Nate Felty on drums, Sam Fruend on bass, Curt Henderson on guitar, and Bobby Steinfield on keys. Grab a maurtini and come find a new universe to live in for a little.
