A Sound Bath Experience with Laura Mayo & Karen-Renée (Kay Ray)

We have been feeling it for some time now. There is something much bigger happening in our lives. A stirring in our heart and soul that is beyond words. We are being initiated into the power of Universal Love. A love so vast and expansive that is has been referred to as the Cosmic Heart. We are ready to hold space for this next level of connection for humanity. For ourselves, for each other, and for the community that is forming around this stirring of the Most High Heart.

On this evening, join Laura & Karen-Renée as we co-create a ceremony through sound at the Trinity Presbyterian Church in Nashville. We will gather in circle, share our intentions and bathe in the beauty and resonance created to clear and reconnect to the awesome power that we each hold within. Everyone is welcome in this time and space.

If you have a specific issue with your heart, something blocking your ability to love yourself fully, or are just at a point where you will do anything to move your life forward in the direction of your highest essential Being, please come. A breakthrough is possible! We welcome vulnerability, honesty, and tears into this space. We welcome you in whatever state you currently find yourself in. In this safe container, we will feel held and healed - TOGETHER.

Please Bring a mat, pillow and blanket as we will be lying on the floor (chairs will be available if needed), wear comfy clothes, a journal & pen, and a water vessel (it is very important to stay hydrated throughout the experience and after).

Cost: $33-$55 /person + processing fee (sliding scale – please pay what you are able)

Space is limited to 30 participants (adults only)

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS

Laura Mayo is a dedicated sound therapy practitioner whose mission is to guide clients towards their inner wisdom. In her sessions, she uses gentle instrumentation, rhythmic drumming, and personalized vocalizations to usher in a sense of deep relaxation, opening the door to invite in transformative insights. Karen-Renee Robb , founder of Frame Drum Wisdom and ReSounding Wholeness, is a vocal, written word, and visual artist with over 30 years of vocal performance experience. Her passion for live sound, creativity, and compassion has led her to assist others in reclaiming their voice, innate rhythm, and creative expression utilizing the frame drum and other unique modalities. A mid-wife for the soul’s expression, Karen-Renée brings her whole self into the experiences she facilitates. Helping to awaken and support others in meaningful, memorable ways, she makes the Healing Arts accessible and a vital part of personal growth and development. Karen-Renée is also a Sound & Reiki Clinician, Circle Facilitator, Inspirational Performer & Speaker, Recording Artist, Gene Keys Guide & Universal Life Minister.
