Aerial Hoop 103

About this event

In this Junior/Senior level class, you will learn drops and sequences and build greater strength, stamina, and flexibility. It combines the challenge of aerial hoop training with the fun and artistry of aerial dance. You will learn the dive, single leg drops, single arm moves, meat hooks and skin the cat... just to name a few! Various sized double point and single point hoops are used as well as a special trapeze hoop. Prerequisite Prior aerial hoop experience is required. This class is designed for students who are comfortable doing the moves in Aerial Hoop 102 or have equivalent experience. WHAT TO WEAR/BRING Leggings, t-shirt/tank, barefoot, water. No hand or wrist jewelry, watches, zippers, belts or shoes. Stop at the front desk prior to class if you have permanent jewelry. HOW THE WAITLIST WORKS When a class is fully booked, you have the option to join the waitlist. When you join the waitlist, you will automatically be added to the class if someone cancels their reservation. Being on a waitlist means that you fully plan on attending the class if you get added. Students are added to classes (from the waitlist) up to 1 hour before each class begins. If you can no longer attend the class, you are responsible for removing yourself from the waitlist. If you get added to the class and can no longer attend or don't show up, it is considered a late-cancel and your class will be forfeited. ATTENDANCE Arrive 5 minutes early. No entry once the warmup ends. If you cannot attend, cancel your reservation at least 12 hours before class starts or your credit will be late canceled and forfeited.
