Pole Dance 104/Varsity

About this event

This Junior Varsity level class takes everything you learned in pole levels 101-103 and transforms it into the performance art of pole. You will refine your basic invert, climb at ease and create complex, layered moves. You will also learn intricate spins and intermediate/advanced tricks on both static and spin pole. More conditioning exercises are added to further enhance muscle strength and confidence on and off the pole. Prerequisite Climbing, ground invert, leg hang and crucifix. Please consult with your instructor before advancing to the next level. WHAT TO WEAR/BRING Shorts, tank/sports bra, barefoot or pole heels, yoga mat, water, hand towel. No hand or wrist jewelry, watches, or belts. Stop at the front desk prior to class if you have permanent jewelry. HOW THE WAITLIST WORKS When a class is fully booked, you have the option to join the waitlist. When you join the waitlist, you will automatically be added to the class if someone cancels their reservation. Being on a waitlist means that you fully plan on attending the class if you get added. Students are added to classes (from the waitlist) up to 1 hour before each class begins. If you can no longer attend the class, you are responsible for removing yourself from the waitlist. If you get added to the class and can no longer attend or don't show up, it is considered a late-cancel and your class will be forfeited. ATTENDANCE Arrive 5 minutes early. Entry not permitted once the warmup ends. If you cannot attend, cancel your reservation at least 12 hours before class starts or your credit will be late canceled and forfeited.
