About this event

There’s nothing better than a cozy weekend brunch! Join us in the kitchen for a fun, hands-on morning where our chef will guide you through essential brunch techniques and a few impressive tricks you’ll want to use again and again. Whether you’re cooking with friends, planning your next brunch at home, or just looking for a delicious way to spend your morning, come hungry and ready to cook. You’ll be making and enjoying:

Warm Apple & Goat Cheese Salad (Baby greens tossed with warm cinnamon apples, creamy goat cheese, candied pecans, and a maple vinaigrette.)

Homemade Cheddar Biscuit Eggs Benedict (Flaky homemade cheddar biscuits topped with Canadian bacon, poached eggs, and silky hollandaise.)

Crispy Rosemary Parmesan Breakfast Potatoes (Golden roasted potatoes tossed with garlic, rosemary, and Parmesan.)

Maple Pecan Coffee Cake (Tender brown sugar coffee cake topped with a buttery maple pecan crumble.)

Gratuity not included

Our expert instructor will guide you through cooking and presentation of these delicious meals.

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and enhance your meals in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.

Our doors will open 30 minutes prior to class, allowing you time to be social, unwind and enjoy any beer or wine that you wish to bring. We supply aprons, bottle openers, glasses, ice, water and lemonade, as well as a snack to enjoy upon arrival. Wear something comfortable and bring your stretchy pants as we ensure you will be leaving our table full! We'll see you in the Kitchen.

Note: Menu changes cannot be made at the time of class. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please notify us by phone 48 hours in advance.

Kitchen Social serves freshly made food that may contain or come in contact with allergens, including eggs, fish, milk, peanuts, shellfish, soy, tree nuts or wheat.

While we take precautions when preparing menu items that contain allergens, normal preparation involves shared cooking and preparation areas, equipment and utensils. We, therefore, cannot guarantee that any menu item is free from allergens.
