About this event

Psychiatry Grand Rounds | Jeremy Veenstra-VanderWeele, MD

Autism is not a single disease, and no current medication targets its core features. This talk reviews evidence for behavioral and pharmacological treatments, lessons from negative trials in fragile X syndrome and autism, and paths forward through precision genetic medicine, circuit-based targets, biomarkers, and combined medication and behavioral treatment.
