One of the aspects of having cancer (or watching a loved one face cancer) that no one prepares you for is the "new normal" that we are all supposed to just accept and adapt to. These can be short or long-term physical, emotional, or lifestyle changes that look much different than your pre-cancer self. Your whole world may look and feel different. But what if you don't particularly like the various shifts that come with this "new normal?" Join us as we process these transitions together.
