- ➤ Cade’s Corps received a local grant from the Franklin Noon Rotary Charitable Foundation — the funds will help the nonprofit expand its free PTSD service dog program for veterans and support training, boarding, and placement services in the Nashville area. Williamson Herald

- ➤ Biscuit Love will close its downtown location on Feb. 15 after eight years and move some staff to its open Berry Farms site (3100 Village Plains Boulevard). - ➤ Studio Tenn brings Deathtrap to Turner Theater at The Factory at Franklin from Thursday, Feb. 5 to Sunday, Feb. 22 and offers a suspense-filled thriller with carefully choreographed fights and notable local talent. - ➤ Leadership Franklin is accepting applications for its 29th class (running from August through May) with submissions due by 5 p.m. May 1, 2026. The program, which has over 500 alumni, will mark its 30th anniversary next cycle. Williamson Herald

- ➤ Williamson County EMA opened an overnight shelter on Friday, Jan. 30 at the Martin Center (960 Heritage Way) in Brentwood to support residents without power amid extreme cold and outages. - ➤ Williamson County residents affected by storm debris receive extra disposal help as cleanup continues; Mayor Rogers Anderson announced that the free debris limit at the landfill is raised from 5 to 10 tons per person through Feb. 20 (the landfill is at 5750 Pinewood Road, entrance 5760 Pinewood Road).
