- ➤ The popular chicken restaurant Popeyes will open soon at the CoolSprings Galleria in Franklin. This will be its first Franklin location as the chain expands from its Nolensville Pike store in Nashville. Williamson County Source

- ➤ The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office is asking residents for help in locating 17-year-old Jordan H. Tarpy, who has been missing since March 7 after reportedly running away from Nolensville—info should be reported by calling 911 or 615-790-5550. Williamson County Source
CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ Studio Tenn will mark 15 seasons of theatre with its One Night Only event on April 5 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at Liberty Hall in The Factory at Franklin — Broadway star Jessie Mueller will perform in special shows and help raise funds for future programs. Williamson County Source

- ➤ High Hopes Preschool and Pediatric Therapy Clinic hired former board member Kristina Bachman as Senior Director of Development on March 10—she will lead major gifts and donor engagement initiatives to support the clinic’s mission. Williamson County Source

- ➤ The City and its Board will break ground at the Pearlene M. Bransford Complex on March 26 at 11:30 a.m. at 3452 Carothers Parkway—this new park on the southeast side will feature football and lacrosse fields, an inclusive playground named Ellie G’s Dream World, an ADA-accessible riverwalk, and restrooms, with future phases adding more sports facilities. - ➤ The Department of Health inspected food service spots in Williamson County from March 11th to 18th and found that Bawarchi Biryani Point in Franklin, Mexicali Grill and Shogun in Brentwood, Sunny China in Spring Hill, and Chuy’s Restaurant in Franklin earned the lowest scores — these reports are required to be displayed for local review.
