- ➤ At 2727 Fairview Boulevard, a bright orange coffee truck named Foreshadowing Fox Roasters opened in Fairview and will serve locals Wednesday-Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Owner Emma Hawkins—motivated by a pink basket of Guatemalan coffee beans gifted in childhood—launched the truck, offering organic coffee, teas and donating part of the proceeds to help inner-city youth and support fair labor practices for coffee farmers.
