Wilkins, Jr. and members of Shorter Chapel AME Church announced that the new food pantry will open on Saturday, Nov. 15 at 10 a.m. at the Shorter Chapel Community Life Center—263 Natchez Street in Franklin, where families in need will receive monthly food assistance. ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ Franklin Fire Department responded at 1:19 a.m. Saturday to a fire at 305 5th Avenue North that involved several electric vehicles and part of the Rivian dealership — firefighters contained the blaze while monitoring battery packs for over four hours, and one firefighter was treated and released from hospital.
