  • Scenthound, a dog grooming center that focuses on pet wellness, opened its new location at Hill Center Brentwood on November 13 at 213 Franklin Road, Suite 110.   • The Tennessee County Clerk released new business licenses in Williamson County from November 7 to November 14 — covering companies in Franklin, Brentwood and Nolensville that offer painting, salon, HVAC and massage services.  Williamson County Source
  • Middle Tennessee households are beginning to switch to fiber internet from United Communications to meet increasing digital demands for remote work, online learning, and gaming.   • Larry Sparks and The Lonesome Ramblers will headline Bluegrass at the Bird on Nov 22 at the Mockingbird Theater at The Factory at Franklin — with opening acts from The Johnson Brothers and Tennessee WoodPile — as doors open at 6 p.m. and the show starts at 7 p.m.  Williamson County Source
  • The African American Heritage Society will host its November Porch Talk at the Williamson County Public Library on November 24 at 6:00 p.m.—guest Tina Cahalan Jones, founder of the Slaves to Soldiers Project, will explain the local history of USCT soldiers and join Bill Radcliffe, a USCT reenactor.  Williamson County Source

  • Williamson County high school marching bands ended the season with strong performances as Fairview High and Summit High earned three first-place finishes.
